Benelux organised a North Sea Conference on 20 October 2021, where Ministers and experts highlighted the North Seas as a green power station for Europe.
The North Sea Conference aimed to developed ambitious plans for sustainable wind energy in the North Sea. The Conference brought together 5 ministers (Tinne van der Straeten BE, Vincent van Quickenborne BE, Claude Turmes LU, Dan Joergensen DK, Eamon Ryan IE), policy makers, and the private sector to strive for a green energy centre in Europe.
