Government structures

For many years, the Benelux Union has been a driving regional force to promote climate action and enhance dialogues between the Benelux member states, neighbouring states and stakeholders committed to climate objectives.

Many actors are involved in climate policy development, among which are a wide range of centralised and decentralised public authorities. The pages to the right give an overview of the delegation of competeneces and contain information on the aims of the governments.
